AcoustiForge is designed with a strict zero-telemetry architecture. We believe your audio processing and PC usage are your own business. The application collects absolutely no personal data, usage statistics, or telemetry. Everything runs entirely locally on your machine.
AcoustiForge generates technical log files to help you and the developer troubleshoot issues (e.g., audio dropouts or DSP errors).
These logs are stored locally on your hard drive at %APPDATA%\AcoustiForge\Logs\.
They are never automatically transmitted to any server. They are only seen by the developer if you manually choose to upload them in a support ticket.
The AcoustiForge application does not connect to any external APIs, analytics trackers, or remote servers. It operates completely offline once downloaded. If you choose to join our Discord Community, your data there is governed exclusively by Discord's own Privacy Policy.
If we ever introduce network features (such as automatic updater checks) in future versions, this policy will be updated to reflect exactly what data is used to check for updates, which will always be kept to an absolute minimum.
