AcoustiForge is provided as freeware for personal, non-commercial use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on your personal devices. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the software without explicit permission from the developer.

Note: Be aware that pushing audio gain to extreme limits using the Equalizer or Pre-amp can potentially damage physical speakers or hearing. Use responsibly.
If you participate in our Discord community or share audio presets, you agree to follow the community rules. Sharing malicious files, bypassing Automod systems, or engaging in harassment will result in a permanent ban from the community platforms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
